Ordering -

Online Ordering
Our online orders can be processed through direct credit card payment or through PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Phone Orders
You may place an order over the phone at our toll-free number: (877) 554-9283(WATER).  All phone orders are processed through direct credit card payment.

Shipping - CRYSTAL QUEST ships best available, often USPS.  If you need signature confirmation of delivery, please indicate this when placing order, either by email:  support@healthyfilteredwater.com  or phone:  1-877-554-9283. 

Warranty and Return Policies - *If you suspect product damage from condition of packaging received deny receipt of the package or contact the ''shipper' immediately and do not open package!  Both Aquasana and Crystal Quest require you to pay return shipping costs.  Crystal Quest may require you to pay a restocking fee.  Please contact us to receive a Return Authorization Code prior to returning the product.
